An education and support group for parents ages 20 to 30. New opportunities include a monthly support circle to discuss needs and concerns in a confidential setting and a wellness component. Participants will be able to try a variety of fitness classes to see which might benefit them the most on a regular basis and they will receive information on nutrition, health and wellness.

Participants earn attendance points to purchase family need items. Regular information groups meet second and fourth Wednesday each month from 4:30-5:45 p.m. For information on upcoming women’s support circles and wellness activities offered in the fall, please contact us.
